My office is set up to help you along your journey.

Upon arriving to the office, you will enter a nonjudgmental environment that is set up to promote your self-growth and comfort.

You will have a comfy couch to sit on while pondering your obstacles and uncomfortable thoughts as well as a set of nonjudgmental ears to help guide you through the rocky road of therapy.

Each of your sessions is one small trail up your mountain to victory. This hard work does not go unrewarded, as a sweet treat awaits you at the beginning and end of your sessions to celebrate the victory of accomplishing each session.

Each session you have builds off the last. After several months of thoughtful work, the universe is yours for the taking.

What to expect

When clients arrive to their first therapy session, they are often experiencing anxiety around what to expect from therapy. Therapy is a unique and individualistic experience.

Some clients experience a roller coaster of emotions during each session that were not expected. Some sessions can feel harder than others, while at times it may feel like nothing was accomplished.

It is also important to remember that symptoms can INCREASE at the onset of therapy. This could be because you are beginning to bring attention to obstacles you have been running from for a while.

This is all a part of the therapeutic process.

What is important is that you trust the process. By showing up on a regular basis and putting in the hard work each session, you can begin to experience relief from your symptoms as well as establish a better understanding of yourself you never knew was possible.
